Kept: 10 to 12 months in oak barrels

Tasting: Hautes Côtes de Beaune is the colour of straw with hints of pale gold. White flower aromas mingle with notes of fruit such as apple, pear and peach. Elegant aromas of wood, toast and vanilla are the result of keeping the wine in ok barrels. With citrus notes, the wine is supple, substantial and well-balanced.

Enjoy this wine with salads, seafood, freshwater fish, stir-fried vegetables. Cheese: Bleu de Bresse, goats’ cheese and gruyere

Advice: open the bottle one hour before tasting

Serving temperature: 13 to 14 degrees

Keeps for: 3 to 4 years
