Kept: traditional vinification using “methode champenoise”

Tasting: Cremant de Bourgogne is the colour of white gold. The bubbles are fine and form a delicate trail. The aromas of citrus, flowers and minerals combine with freshness and elegance on the palate. Cremant has a good acidity and a good balance between the powerful aromatics and the expected lightness.
Enjoy as an aperitif or with dessert.
Serving temperature: between 4 and 8 degrees as an aperitif or with dessert, 6 to 9 degrees with other food.
